Wishing Well is an old photo just re-worked. One of those pix I keep coming back to, dipping into it again and again for inspiration. Not surprising I'd come up with a picture version today that suggested something wishful, given the tangle of impasses I find myself at these days.

On another subject, more and more I'm wondering if I should be going into what I've done to a photo to get certain effects. I'm fairly sure anyone who's "post production" savvy can tell (neither my approach nor my equipment is all that sophisticated). And anyone who isn't probably won't know what the terms mean. But, hey, it gives this old lady something more to do with her time other than complain. So, I first re-cropped this photo to focus more on the the central circle. Then I inverted the colors and changed them some more.

NOTE: In most browsers you can click on a photo to view a larger version. There are many more photos posted here than show at any given time in this left-hand column. See the Archives listing (below Previous Posts) in the right hand column. And here’s the link if you wish to read an Introduction, Background, & Technical Aspects post about this blog.

‘til next take, may you enjoy life in the ever changing light,
