WAITING FOR THE MOON

Waiting for the Moon (4-21-13 12588ev2) is a relatively new photo compared to many of those I've been sharing recently. It's only eight months old and was edited this way pretty much right after I took it. I used it recently to accompany a haiku by a Japanese master as to my eye it vaguely resembles the sort of Japanese painting on which haiku were often "calligraphed." I thought I'd put it up today as it's in a rather different style than the bulk of the pictures I've posted here.

And last but most certainly not least: MAY YULETIDE BE JOYOUS FOR YOU & YOURS!

NOTE: In most browsers you can click on a photo to view a larger version. There are many more photos posted here than show at any given time in this left-hand column. See the Archives listing (below Previous Posts) in the right hand column. And here’s the link if you wish to read an Introduction, Background, & Technical Aspects post about this blog.

‘til next take, may you enjoy life in the ever changing light,
