WINTER SUNDOWN

"Winter Sundown" (3-2-15 005v14c) was just morphed this morning from a brand new photo. And as is often the case, it's one of many versions I've made of this pic. Click here to see another version on today's post to my dreams & poetry blog. In both I applied (among many other filters and such) the newest function I've explored in Photoshop, emboss. What fun! Like being a kid again with boxes of crayons, an erector set, scissors, paste, etc., and an over-stimulated imagination. Quite a contrast to that seriousness that tends to return once I leave my computer. Maybe someday I'll get better at maintaining that playfulness sans computer or camera.

NOTE: In most browsers you can click on a photo to view a larger version. There are many more photos posted here than show at any given time in this left-hand column. See the Archives listing (below Previous Posts) in the right hand column. And here’s the link if you wish to read an Introduction, Background, & Technical Aspects post about this blog.

‘til next take, may you enjoy life in the ever changing light,
