THE BIG CURL

Something happened on the way to this pic, "The Big Curl" (6-28-16 001v8). I got all tangled up in an earlier version, determined to make it work as there was that about it that I really liked. But it just wasn't happening. I did get close, though, ultimately so close that I finally decided to settle and post that darker, brighter, more heavily detailed version anyway. And one last urge hit me: try inverting the colors. And when I did there on my screen was the pic I'd been chasing after through all the editing I'd done previously. Of course now that I'm actually posting it I'm not quite as content with it. But at least I like it quite a bit more than the uninverted version.
