CLOUD BURST

I wish "Cloud Burst" (8-14-14 005v7) could act as rain magic. The drought here in CA continues. As to the photo, it's clearly been massively fudged with in Photoshop. One of those pix I just selected at random and started applying filters to. Just to see what would happen. Usually I have a some intent when I choose a filter or series thereof. Of course, once I see the results I almost always get pulled to follow some new idea down. In this case, I just kept going rather willy nilly, until I saw something I did like. I think now that I was trying to see if I could break out of some habitual ways I have developed of editing pix. The results are odd but also oddly (if not fully) pleasing to my eye. Maybe only because of their resemblance to blossoms in a rainstorm.
