AT THE HEART OF THE FERN
"At the Heart of the Fern" (4-21-15 004v2e) is of the same fern as in yesterday's pic. But a different shot, heavily cropped, and morphed in Photoshop. However, those patterns and curving lines are exactly as they are in the fern itself. I.e., I did not create them in a computer program. It's always a delight when I can capture and work with nature's fascinating design shapes in some way. In fact, it's almost always overall lines and shapes that first draw my eye to a possible photographic subject. Whether natural or man made.
