DIVING INTO THE NIGHT

"Diving Into the Night" (8-18-15 004vd) was morphed this morning from a fairly new pic. Actually, from a version I'd just morphed of it previously. I realize I talk about this a lot here, but I do so enjoy how one pic version suggests I try something further, and that one, suggests more I could do, and on and on. No pic seems to ever truly be done suggesting further versions. As to this one, it reflects the Halloween mood I've been in for a few days now. When these shapes first showed on my screen I thought of sea birds diving for fish. And immediately after that thought of them as ghosts and ghoulies. The latter's the image that stuck as I worked on texture and what colors to stress. This is one of those pix that looks a bit better (crisper, if you will) in a larger version.
