CLAMOR AT THE GATE
"Clamor at the Gate" (5-13-18 034v2) is one of those pix of mine I really like. Even though I wish I could do something with those white gate/bars in the background. I've tried a number of things but found making them some other more subtle color actually made the canna leaves less compelling visually. Again and again I learn from working on pictures what's true throughout life: everything's connected in some way. In any case, I do find this pic pleasant to look at. It's on my computer desktop at present.
