HAVING A BALL!

"Having A Ball!" (9-23-12 12150v5a) is (big surprise) made out of an old photo found again during my on-going archiving/deleting project. It's been through a few stages this week, and I finally arrived at the above version this morning. Very happily, I might add. I'm a sucker for bright colors and can't usually find any aesthetic reason to keep them when they pop up in a photo's process. But this one, well, to my delight, it just works these colors, all over the place. I hasten to add that doesn't mean I think it's a perfect pic. I'm pretty sure that, as usual, once I've lived with it a while I'll find something at which to pick. However, right now, I'm really enjoying it.
