WHAT GOES UP, MUST RAIN DOWN

"What Goes Up, Must Rain Down" (5-27-15 005v5) was just morphed today out of an earlier version of a recent photo. Again, that title clearly reflects the on-going drought here in CA. As to the pic, it's been heavily Photoshopped. Especially once that title was precipitated (you should pardon the pun) by the colors of those fountaining shapes.
