FUCHSIA SCRAMBLE

"Fuchsia Scramble" (3-3-10 10002v2g) was just morphed from an old version of an old pic. (You can see an earlier version I tortured out of the same old version by clicking here.) Those amorphous shapes and the short squiggly outlining lines are the result of a function I like but rarely find I can use effectively: underpainting. Also, I almost stayed with the idea of yellow and white scrambled eggs, but when these colors came up on sliding the color bar, I loved them. Of course, there's also the vague suggestion in this pic of a sunrise or sunset with clouds. But I much prefer an illusion to oddly colored scrambled eggs. :-)

NOTE: In most browsers you can click on a photo to view a larger version. There are many more photos posted here than show at any given time on scrolling down. See the Archives listing in the right hand column (below “Previous Posts”). And here’s the link if you wish to read an Introduction, Background, & Technical Aspects post about this blog.

‘til next take, may you enjoy life in the ever changing light,
