Heart of Summer, just done today, is very similar to another version I've already posted here of the same original relatively new photo. However, I managed to retain more clarity and I think the crop is a little more interesting. I also turned the picture upside down, giving it a bit more "oomph," maybe. However, I don't even know how many of the new photos I've taken in the past several weeks I've been working on, with no really pleasing results. (Mostly due to focus problems.) It's discouraging. But not enough to keep me from trying again and again.
