PATCHES OF LIGHT

"Patches of Light" (8-27011 11206v3) was just fussed out of a very old photo this morning. Rather reflective of my mood so I'm surprised I wanted the title to point to the little bit of light there is in it. Maybe just working on a staircase/railing pic cheered me a wee bit. As I've said here all to often, I really enjoy looking at these sorts of shadows. Many times I don't even take out my camera, but just stand looking at them. And we have plenty of outside staircases to look at on the grounds of the retirement community I live in. This particular one I pass every day on the way to/from the elevator. Can't do stairs, bad arthritis. But I've certainly found another use for them. One that supports my inner world, if not my body.

NOTE: In most browsers you can click on a photo to view a larger version. There are many more photos posted here than show at any given time in this left-hand column. See the Archives listing (below Previous Posts) in the right hand column. And here’s the link if you wish to read an Introduction, Background, & Technical Aspects post about this blog.

‘til next take, may you enjoy life in the ever changing light,
