IN THE FURNACE OF THE ROSE

No vaguely apologetic explanations allowed ... I'm sticking with being flat out happy with this one, "In the Furnace of the Rose" (9-20-14 016v3). I'd fudged endlessly, it seemed, with the shapes. But it finally had me when the colors popped after even more fussing at the rose's original solid golden yellow.
