FUCHSIA'S OFFSPRING

"Fuchsia's Offspring" (4-8a-15 8284) is one of my oldest pix that I copied over into a current folder recently thinking to clean it up at last. "At last" just came and I did a bunch of painting out (lots of schmutz in the background), then some color work (those leaves were even more grayish), and then a bit of fussing with sharpness and diffusing. Now it's presentable, if a bit quirky. But it was that quirkiness that prompted me to keep it around all these years to begin with. That, and the glorious fuchsia rose, sort of waving that one bud on its long stem.
