A SMILE THAT ALMOST MAKES THE DAY

"A Smile That Almost Makes The Day" (11-20-18 002v2) was just "finalized" today from a recent photo of mine. These roses grow this time of year in our Memorial Rose Garden and are rather spectacular, both in their colors and large size. I believe I was once told they are called "Marilyn Monroe" roses. I can see why, for sure. The actual colors are a bit more subtle, but I like the color saturation I did. Doesn't really change the colors, only their intensity.

NOTE: In most browsers you can click on a photo to view a larger version. There are many more photos posted here than show at any given time on scrolling down. See the Archives listing in the right hand column (below “Previous Posts”). And here’s the link if you wish to read an Introduction, Background, & Technical Aspects post about this blog.

‘til next take, may you enjoy life in the ever changing light,
