MONOPEDAL

"Monopedal" is one of my favorite subjects to photograph around the grounds of the retirement community I live in: staircase lines, angles, and especially shadows. (And this is only one batch of these that we have here.) This photo is cropped from a much larger view that wasn't very interesting until I noticed all those stairs seemed to be supported by only one narrow column. :-)
