WHAT LIES IN WAITING

"What Lies In Waiting" (11-24-15 049v2b) is one of the other versions of yesterday's pic I mentioned. Not so happy with it now as I was yesterday (which was somewhat minimal as it was), but that happens frequently. A pic (or poem) of mine "cools" very readily. But there are things about this one that I still like: the vague mosaic effect, and that suggestion of something in the lower middle/right, waiting to surface. I think what bothers me now? The color combo, but I couldn't improve on it. At least not today. Probably more a reflection of my mood than something that can't be done. Maybe another day I'll go at it again. I do have another version in cool colors, with that dark about to surface shape outlined in white instead of black. However, that one just doesn't move me to post it. At least not yet.
