RAVELED SLEEVES, TOPPING OFF, & LAST FIRE OF WINTER

Thought I'd share some straight-forward photos for a change. These three were all taken last winter next to the pool on our retirement community grounds. This first one below, "Raveled Sleeves," is of a view I often stop to enjoy before I walk into one of the buildings next to the pool. Of course, it varies greatly depending on weather, time of day, and season, but it's always intriguing:

This next is "Topping Off," and is another favorite view, looking away from the pool, off the grounds. I don't know why but I love that crooked tree branch and have many photos of it at various distances and angles, and times of day, and in different weather:

And this final one for the day is "Last Fire of Winter." It was taken in a corner of that favorite stand of cannas I keep sharing pictures of and talking about. The pool is to one's back in this view:

‘til next take, may you enjoy life in the ever changing light,
