DIVING INTO AUTUMN

Diving Into Autumn is a few months old, just fiddled with yesterday afternoon. Lots of fiddling with degrees and angles and lengths of distortions in photoshop, then I totally indulged myself with these colors. The colors (not the shapes) put me in mind of that toddler toy of rubber rings in just these sorts of vivid colors. Each ring was slightly smaller and the object was to put them over a post in their proper order (getting smaller to the top). I can clearly recall, though, making my own arrangements of the sizes to see how the colors would then look. I have no memory of being corrected by adults or older kids, but I can just imagine that I was (based on what has happened all my life when I experiment). It's tough being a wannabe artist! But at least here I can let my imagination fly.
