The above photo is called Sketch for Colored Pencils and is very new. It's clearly been heavily photoshopped (Photoshop Elements). I put it through several filters, inverted and re-inverted the colors, and then fooled around further with the colors in MSPicture Manager. That sort of crackling effect, believe it or not, comes from having lightened it a wee bit in MSPicture Manger, then darkened only the mid tones. Not from a Photoshop filter. (That's a nice little trick I've found when those little details get lost under filters.)

And, as is my frequent wont, here's a second version of the same photo, Drawing From the Night. Worked on pretty much the same way as "Sketch for Colored Pencils" but not color inverted that second time:
