MEMORIES UNFURL

"Memories Unfurl" (4-21-16 005[3]) is a new version of an old photo of mine. Still not sure about the brightness, if you will, it's slightly muddy to my eye. I do want that daguerreotype look. But anything I've done to try to perk it only a wee bit, has changed other things about the pic I don't want touched. Yeah, once I've tamed at least some basics of GIMP I should be able to deal handily with this sort of thing. But Windows 10 Photos can't do what I want, no matter how I fuss. Kinda, sorta like life, ey? No matter what we do, it has it has its own mind, its own trajectory.
