YOUR BRAIN ON MEMORIES

"Your Brain on Memories" was just morphed from an old pic of mine. I have decidedly mixed thoughts about it, but it does carry enough of how I'm feeling today to encourage me to post it. As I just said in my dreams&poetry blog post, my younger brother would have been 70 years old today. I miss him and am dealing with both actual memories of him, and some dream fragments from last night that keep floating up that I strongly suspect have to do with him. The dream bits are very vague but fortunately positive somehow for all their vagueness. Oh, and to this pic? Its major shape has always put me in mind of a human brain in profile.

[untitled]

Stumbled across this old pic of mine (Screenshots 2 9-16-19[2]) wandering through my dreams&poetry blog posts this morning. Don't know what its name is. I forgot to list it when I took the screenshot of it. But there's something about it I really like, at least today. Maybe it's just the suggestion of "being in the pink." :-) That would truly be rather nice for a change, to be in the pink.

CROWN OF FAIRIES

Just fussed "Crown of Fairies" (5-2-10 10037[4]) from a very old pic of mine. I made two other slightly different new versions and am only slightly more happy with this one. Yeah, I actually used the word "happy" about a creative effort of mine. It felt strange to type it as I've not felt good about much I've been producing for some time. However, I hasten to add I do have some problems with it -- minor, but problems nevertheless. But can't do much with them given the editing program I have available to me. Overall, though, I like the feel of it. BTW, I haven't seen these little blossoms in our garden here in years and miss them. (I would think they're some sort of orchid?)
